Venture Accelerated Solutions is dedicated to providing a comprehensive platform for small business owners and entrepreneurs to explore and capitalize on emerging market opportunities globally. Our team is passionate about sharing valuable insights and practical advice to help our readers succeed in their ventures. ​Damian Merrick, writing under the handle, "dm6696" was only a few semesters from completing his Master's degree in Finance from Penn State when he decided to use his remaining tuition money to start investing, rather than try and follow the corporate ladder to nowhere like his peers. 

He turned the small amount of money he had left into six figures by recognizing both crypto and stock opportunities in emerging markets across the Developing World.  With these returns, he started Venture Accelerated Solutions, LLC, a boutique firm specializing in government contracting and reselling.  He then sold the firm to a large company for several million dollars at the age of 28.

Keeping the name, however, he started blogging in 2024 while continuing to invest and also serving as a consultant for a venture capital firm.  The new Venture Accelerated Solutions hopes to share Damian's experience and insight into finding unseen opportunities for entrepreneurs and day traders in emerging markets across the globe.
